Artist Biography

Allie Brenner (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist, illustrator and culture worker based in Waterloo. Her work explores concepts of memory, time, place, materiality and community building through works in illustration, sculpture, installation, drawing, painting,  ceramics and community art practices. Brenner is currently on parental leave from her role as Cultural Development Officer with County of Huron. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ontario College of Art and Design and is completing a post degree Professional Specialization Certificate program in Visitor & Community Engagement with University of Victoria.
